PUPPY CONTRACT
The following agreement is between Home Sweet Home Doodles LLC, hereafter referred to as
“Breeder,” and _____________________________________, hereafter referred to as
“Buyer,” for the sale and purchase of one purebred Miniature Aussiedoodles.
No Verbal agreements will be entered into.

Will become property of the buyer upon fulfillment of the following conditions.
Purchase Price
- Purchase price of $_2,500__ paid by the Buyer to the Breeder. A nonrefundable deposit of $250
had been made on (date) _ by (pymt. Form) _ and puppy will be
held until (date) __. At that time the balance of the purchase price
$__2,250_____________ must be paid in full, or the deposit is forfeited, and alternate
arrangements will be made for placement of the puppy.
Transportation - All transportation costs will be paid by the Buyer. Transportation costs include: shipping
container, airport delivery charge, and any expenses involved in the shipping of the puppy must
be prepaid before the puppy is shipped. Freight charges including full insurance are
approximately $____________________.
Other agreements between Buyer and Breeder - The Breeder (Home Sweet Home Doodles LLC) guarantees that the puppy is in good health on
the date of delivery. Breeder guarantees that the dog is healthy and free of known contagious
diseases and has had vaccination(s) and worming required for its age at the time of agreement.
The Breeder has ensured that the Sire and Dames have had DNA screen checks for genetics,
decode breed mix, screened for health conditions and genetic mutations that makes them
sensitive to many commonly used drugs including anesthetics. - Home Sweet Home Doodles LLC guarantees your Puppy to be free from infectious diseases for
at least a week after Puppy leaves our premises. Puppy will leave clean, in good general health
and with no physical defects. The Puppy will have also been examined by a licensed veterinarian
prior to leaving Home Sweet Home Doodles LLC. Deworming and immunizations set forth by our
veterinarian will have also been completed. While it is generally known that intestinal parasites
and ear mites are common in puppies, and part of a puppy’s early development, we will make
every effort to prevent such parasites. Often, the stress of change and travel can cause intestinal
parasites to emerge after the puppy has left its mother. Buyer agrees to continue deparasitization testing and treatment (if necessary) with their veterinarian (see below). De-
worming will have been done by us at age 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age (Strongid – pyrantel
pamoate) and the puppy’s vaccinations will be administered at 6 and 8 weeks of age. - The Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of receipt of
the puppy. If the dog is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by a veterinarian’s
written statement, the Buyer can elect to keep the dog, assuming all costs for its care, or may
return the dog for a full refund (less transportation costs) upon the Breeder’s receipt of the
veterinarian’s statement regarding the dog’s health. Email this information to the Breeder from
the Vets Office. This provision expires 5 days the Buyer takes possession of the dog. - The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a regular
immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, and a clean safe environment. - We advise new owners use caution and keep your new puppy at home and away from other
animals and dogs or public places for a short period of time. This is to protect your new Puppy
from exposure to parvovirus and other infectious illnesses. Also, new owners be mindful to not
enroll the puppy in obedience training classes until all immunizations are completed – we here
at Home Sweet Home Doodles LLC suggest waiting until 16 to 20 weeks of age, or according to
their veterinarian’s recommendations and schedule. - Each Buyer will understand that the Puppy may exhibit certain undesirable behaviors (nipping,
chewing, barking, marking, etc.). Buyer is responsible for ongoing, lifetime socialization and
training of the Puppy to correctly teach acceptable behaviors, however we will have introduced
the Puppy to a puppy kindergarten. This is an effort included in your price to prevent such acts
before delivery. Should Buyer not be successful at training these behaviors on their own, Buyer
agrees to seek professional help from certified trainers. If temperament issues arise with new
Puppy under the age of 6 months, Breeder must be notified. If training from a certified training
does not correct the issues the Breeder will have First Right of Refusal in taking the puppy back.
There will be no refund given for the puppy due to the extensive re-training that will be required
to rehabilitate the puppy unless prior arrangements are made. - Right of Recovery – If Buyer cannot keep the Puppy, Seller will take back the Puppy at any time.
We here at Home Sweet Home Doodles LLC do not to see any of our future dogs go to a shelter
or somewhere else unknown. There will be no cash refund, nor will a replacement Puppy be
provided. If at any time in its life the puppy is to be sold or given away, the Buyer shall so notify
the Breeder and give the Breeder first option to buy the puppy back at the original purchase
price. - Puppy Pick-Up and Deposit – Puppies are offered to Buyers in order of deposits received.
Sellers reserve the right to first pick of the litter. Buyer may reserve the Puppy via the website
and pay deposit. Puppies must be paid in full either cash or credit card only upon arrival when
the pup is picked up at 8 weeks of age. Seller reserves the right to sell any Puppy not picked up
by 8 weeks of age to an alternate buyer if communication hasn’t been maintained within two
weeks of Puppy of it turning 8 weeks old. Buyers who leave their pups after 8 weeks of age must
come to an agreement with buyer prior to 8 weeks of age and will pay a $10 per day boarding
fee paid in full in advance if left beyond that time frame. Of course, my family and I will always
work with you guys to accommodate you and your family to ensure quality care is given to get
you your little guy to your loving arms. All deposits are non-refundable. - Additional Agreements – Buyer agrees to notify Seller of change of contact information of
email, phone, or address. Buyer agrees to notify Seller of any health or temperament problem in
Puppy. Both Buyer and Seller must agree to any additions or modifications in writing.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Alabama with venue in the courts of Marshall
County. - Buyer certifies, by signing this agreement, that he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase;
that the Buyer will not resell this puppy to a pet store, guard dog business or medical research
facility.
